“Viewing food as a system, even an urban system, brings many needs and opportunities to the fore.”  Because of that we strive for sustainable management and utilization of natural resources in correlation with the sustainable management of the city.As a city, the food is a very complex system interlaced  with multitude of processes. By mixing these processes– food process and city process, and by producing food and space in the same time and in the same place we eliminate the boundary between public and private, between indoor and outdoor.It can be viewed as creating of urban open spaces and activities in them, activities which are "eco-edu-eco" - ecological, educational, economical, that foster social exchange, public consumption of food, interaction, purchase and which constitute a multi-functional space through time. Production, preparation, consumption are the processes that characterize the city and the food in the common context and so make the city "dining room, market and farm" . The complex mechanism of production, consumption and trade of food, create qualitatively richer spaces, spaces that communicate with each other, living and life-giving spaces.
Band as a financial institution has its head office in which they perform more complex operations or exchange larger amounts of money,but to withdrawing small amounts of money, there are machines that are located in several places in the city and they are more accessible. King Aleksandar Boulevard “owns” a chain of unhealthy fast-food, which are not permanent, but they are held each other with constant alternation. Therefore the purpose remains the same while name and owner are changing. These kiosks are available in every part of the city, where food is being delivered in a very short time and that increase the rate of visitors, therefore their constancy.The conclusion is that the food from the market is not enough accessible as fast food, vending snack or ATM's.
If groceries that are selling in the market were available as fast food or ATM's, where in almost every part of the city will be one part of a market-stall, that would increase demand for the consumption of such foods.This can be achieved by relocating market parts in different parts of the city, by relocating of a multi-functional counter where we sale, prepare and consume food, it would increase level of consumption of healthy food and interest in the preparation of these foods.
Creating a multi-functional stalls in parts of of town outside the market can be seen as creating an open "ATM" fresh food that turn city into dining area, market and small "Agricultural property" of their inhabitants.These areas should be ecological, to educate, entertain, encourage social sharing and consumption of healthy food and to point to the market.To help market visitors to get a clear picture of where they can find these "ATM's", the places where we have relocated parts of market will be insert in the market.
Food that is transported from various parts of country to market, would be packed in market and ready for distribution throughout the city.Already mentioned multi-functionality of markets would achieve through this function- function of mediation, because in places from which they were displaced parts of the market they were placed in areas where these parts markets are. Market and other parts of the city would exchange their pieces and thus became one.
Forming "food banks" in the market is a big step that would not changed the essence of the market, but would be a clear vision of marketing local agriculture.That would be a major task of the FAO organization in the market, marketing, controlling the safety and origin of food.
